Why Suffer from Emotional Pain or Fear Anymore?

If you are a person that is suffering, in silence, from emotional pain or fear you may keep experiencing that place where you feel something not quite right and you just can't seem to put your finger on what your feeling...you just can't seem to put it into words...you can't say where you are...

Is it like falling into deep despair and apathy for certain periods of time...where you are with lots of emotional pain?

Do you keep thinking about the things you 'could' have or 'should' have done?

Do you feel like your not the kind of person you want to be?

Are you physically lethargic with no energy to do what you need to do?

If your answer is 'YES' to any of the above there is a way out which can help you and resolve your inner conflicts.

Treating Depression

There is so many misconceptions in labelling depression. So below are some problems or symptoms, as a helpful guide, for people who think they may suffer with depression;

4Negative thoughts or feelings
4Feeling down or Sad
4A feeling of hopelessness or worthlessness
4Lack of energy or motivation
4Sleep problems, either not enough or to much
4Loss of appetite or over eating
4Loss of concentration or memory
4Irritability and/or restlessness

Every symptom has to have a cause...otherwise everybody would suffer from depression...why do some people never suffer from depression?
It is possible to find the cause of these symptoms and eradicate permanently through analytical hypnotherapy 'Hypno-Analysis'.

Anxieties and Panic Attacks

The NHS identifies the symptoms of anxiety as being many and varied, for example:

4Feeling ‘on edge’
4Restlessness
4Sense of dread
4Difficulty concentrating
4Irritability
4Impatience
4Being easily distracted
4Dizziness
4Lethargy
4Pins and needles
4Irregular heart beat (palpitations)
4Muscle aches
4Dry mouth
4Excessive sweating
4Shortness of breath
4Stomach ache
4Headache
4Diarrhoea
4Excessive thirst
4Frequent urination
4Painful or missed periods
4Difficulty in falling, or staying, asleep

When a full Anxiety Attack happens the heart beats alarmingly quickly…like a palpitation and then a person becomes vaguely aware of a number of bodily effects.
Frequently the breathing rate increases as rapidly as though there wasn’t enough air. This is known as “air hunger”.
Sometimes a cramped feeling across the lower part of the diaphragm and a tingling sensation…accompanied by either a hot or cold flush in unexpected parts of the body…usually the extremities finger ends and the like.
All the feelings combine to somehow vaguely suggest to a person the advent of unconsciousness and the person can appear almost rooted to the spot…as though they had seen an apparition.
A person is usually DUMBSTRUCK and immobilised…they can neither run nor fight because it all comes from within and he is panic struck by what is taking place yet something…very vague…and very abstract…does present itself…only they cannot understand it.
Some or part of this descibtion can happen with an attack.

Again, the symptoms are; nervousness, restlessness, fatigue, panicky feelings, racing heart, palpitations, fear of a particular object or situation. At sometime we will all feel some kind of anxiety or stress during our life.

Suggestion therapy can help, however with hypno-Analysis we can see excellent results within twelve sessions or less.
